Vendor Trick or Treat Trail: Kids in costume can trick-or-treat directly at our participating vendor booths throughout the day!

Kid-Friendly Pumpkin Decorating: Stop by our no-carve mini pumpkin decorating station, complete with stickers, paint pens, and fun craft supplies.

Costume Contest: Wear your best costume for a chance to win local market gift baskets.

Seasonal Food & Drinks: Sip and snack on some spooky fall treats while you shop!

We are planning this event at Leduc Produce Market on October 31st, 2026, starting at 10:00 am and ending at 3:00 pm, with a fee of $25 for a vendor spot.

Essential Supplies & Gear

Candy & Treats: 2–3 large bags of individually wrapped, nut-free candies or mini samples for the Vendor Trick-or-Treat Trail.

Payment Setup: Mobile card reader (Square/Clover), fully charged backup power bank, and a cash float with plenty of small bills and coins.

Table Decor & Signage: Spooky or autumn-themed tablecloth/runner, clear price signs, and Halloween accents (mini pumpkins, faux cobwebs, or battery tealights).

Display Elements: Tiered risers, crate boxes, or basket stands to create vertical height and keep products organized.

Packaging & Supplies: Shopping bags, tissue paper, receipt paper, and branded business cards or flyers.

Logistics & Comfort Items

Extension Cords & Power Strips: If electrical access was requested for lighting, warmers, or POS units.

Cleaning & Health Kit: Hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, paper towels, and trash bags for booth maintenance.

Personal Comfort: Refillable water bottle, quick snacks, comfortable footwear, and layers for changing autumn indoor/outdoor temperatures.

Vendor Info & License: Any required municipal business permits, food handling certificates (if applicable), and emergency contact info.

We are also looking for donations for decorations and haybales!
