By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to: 

• Create and optimize a Google Business Profile to enhance their small business's online visibility and local search rankings. 
• Implement best practices for maintaining an up-to-date and engaging Google Business Profile, including managing business information, photos, and posts. 
• Leverage customer reviews and Q&A features to build credibility and improve customer engagement through their Google Business Profile.
