The Rolly View Community Association is proud to present its first annual Pitmaster's Fundraiser Dinner in partnership with BarrelBossQ, featuring The Dark Side of the Grill on September 18th, 2021.

 

 

Your evening will start in a beautiful outdoor tent, where we will have local spirits and wines available for purchase. Cafe lights will set the mood for you and your friends and family to reconnect after a long time apart. You will enjoy the sounds of local musicians The Borch Brothers  while you socialize, throughout dinner, and then be entertained by a show afterwards. Following the sounds of the East Coast fiddle band, a DJ will bring you to your feet to dance the evening away

You will need to fill out the information on the website, and then send payment via emt to rvcaevents@gmail.com, please mention Pitmaster's Dinner and ticket holder names in the message area. Your seats are not confirmed until payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email from Becky Soch confirming your purchase. If you would like to pay via cheque or cash, please make arrangements with Becky prior to filling out the form (it will still need to be filled out though). 

 

 

Sponsorship Packages are also available and we offer the opportunity for you to showcase your business, product, and company vision to our local community and surrounding community members which will consist of agricultural, industrial, retail, and more.
