We are located in the heart of Wetaskiwin, AB, and offer modern amenities and living options for all residents. At Sagebrush, we are dedicated to promoting maximum independence, choice, and dignity for each resident. The involvement of family, neighbours and friends is greatly encouraged. Our beautiful three-storey community opened in the summer of 2018.

Residency at Sagebrush is for Memory Care and Assisted Living seniors and residency is based on referrals and assessments by Alberta Health Services.

Life at Sagebrush brings small-town life home. With its intimate and cozy atmosphere and seamless integration into the Wetaskiwin neighbourhood, the sight of happy and healthy seniors coming and going will not be an unusual one.
