We were founded in 1997 and began as a Telus Mobility Dealer in Leduc. Over the years we have moved to our current location to accommodate our growing staff and client base. We service, sell and rent two way radios, and carry the Icom, Kenwood product lines. We also sell and rent both Globalstar and Iridium satellite phones and data products.

Ralcomm has a fully staffed and experienced service department and installation team. Our services are offered either at our facility or off site at our client's locations. If you are looking for a custom install or a solution to a specific need, our team can design, build and implement almost anything to suit your needs.

We have an outbound sales force that will visit our client's at their locations, bring them a wealth of knowledge on all of our product lines, and offering an array of solutions. Whether you require a bit of advice or a full complement of our offering, our sales team is ready to lend a hand.

Ralcomm has been a ''Telus Mobility Business Excellence Gold Dealer'' for several years, which is an elite group of Telus dealers across Canada. We have the ability to offer our Small to Medium size Business (SMB) clients services and offering through Telus that many regular dealers can not. Our focus is not on selling to our client's, but rather engaging our client's to bring them the best possible solution for their business needs. We incorporate all of our other services to bring them the one-stop-shop experience.
