Phector Capital is an Alberta-based debt financing and CFO advisory firm serving privately held businesses in Edmonton, Leduc, Nisku and throughout Alberta.

We help business owners raise and refinance debt, finance acquisitions, structure shareholder buyouts, and navigate complex lender situations. Our work includes bank and non-bank financing, refinancing existing facilities, working capital and growth financing, acquisition financing, lender negotiations, and covenant or special-loans situations.

Phector is led by Cuong Pham, CFA, an experienced CFO, private equity investor and former commercial lender. This experience provides a practical understanding of financing from both sides of the table, including how lenders assess risk, structure credit and make financing decisions.

We work directly with owners and management teams from financial analysis and lender preparation through financing negotiations and closing. Phector also provides selective fractional and interim CFO support where the situation calls for it.
