About
Leduc Regional Housing Foundation is a not-for-profit, charitable organization that was established in 1963 as a housing management body under Ministerial Order by the Province of Alberta. We provide a variety of quality housing solutions and services to individuals, and families throughout the Leduc Region.
As a non-profit, all funding and monies are put towards the services and programs we operate. Leduc Regional Housing Foundation invests its resources to improve the lives of its residents and tenants. As well, it places importance on building relationships, not just with its residents and tenants but with similar organizations. Working with its partners allows all organizations to pool resources and better respond to changing directions of government and community needs.
Leduc Regional Housing Foundation (LRHF) provides affordable accommodation and services to seniors, individuals and families within the Leduc Region through 181 seniors’ lodge suites, 170 seniors’ apartments, 153 affordable housing units, and 42 subsidized units. In addition to housing accommodation, LRHF also offers rent supplements directly to tenants in private landlord’s buildings as well as through a partnership with private landlords within the Leduc Region, for those who have a place to live but may need help with their rent. If you are of modest income and need a place to call home or assistance with your rent, contact us and find out what we can do to help.
