Hello! My name is Rachel Zook and I have a passion for providing my clients with the best quality care. Manual Osteopathy is a full body gentle alignment. The goal is to get down to the root cause of clients concerns and issues going on in their body. I can work the cranial sacral system, gently manipulate organs, bones, and soft tissues to bring your body back into balance. 

I started my own business in January 2025 in Wetaskiwin. I have been a Registered Massage Therapist since June 2020 and graduated from my Manual Osteopathic program in March 2023. I have another RMT, Trisia Kimmy, working for Align as well. We have a goal of working together with clients to achieve the best results possible.
