Job Overview

Triumph Oil Tools is seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Associate/Driver to join the team. This role will support warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, deal with inventory handling and handle local pickups and deliveries. The successful candidate will be safety-conscious, detail oriented, and capable of keeping parts and materials organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recieve parts and materials, and verify shipments against packing slips and purchasing documentation.
• Prepare, package, label and organize parts for outgoing shipments.
• Inspect recieved parts for visible damage and report discrepancies.
• Load and unload parts, materials and equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving and inventory records.
• Keep warehouse, shelving and parts storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory counts, parts identification, and locating materials.
• Complete local pickups and deliveries using company vehicles.
• Handle parts and equipment carefully in order to prevent loss or damage.
• Adhere to company health, safety and operating procedures.
• Assist in some general janitorial and warehouse duties.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate company vehicles.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and able to manage assigned tasks efficiently
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team,
• Previous warehouse, shipping/recieving, inventory or delivery experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of power tongs and related oilfield equipment is an asset.
