Volunteers Wanted!

Do you have time to spare? 

Looking for individuals who have a couple of hours a week or a day. 

We like to work around your schedule. We encourage our volunteer to incorporate their volunteering around their travel plans.

The Leduc & District Food Bank services 7 municipalities withing the Leduc County Area with a population of approx. 80,000.

we offer a variety of programs and services.

Drivers and Warehouse Volunteers  - This position consists of  pick-up of regular donation from the stores and businesses - Monday through Friday mornings.  Lifting is a part of this volunteer position and ideally we do like to send 2 individuals out together.  Warehouse would include helping sort through the donations such as produce etc.

Event Volunteers - If you are interested in volunteering for events, we are looking for individuals who would be interested in helping with 50/50 sales and other positions during the year or when we have scheduled events. We are always looking for help with our Virtual Auction.

Criminal Record Check and Drivers Abstract Requirements 

Volunteers will be provided with a letter to take to the RCMP for a criminal record (at no cost to you). Those who would be drivers would require a drivers abstract.
