What You Will Do:

As an Account Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our team of brokers and our clients, ensuring accurate processing, documentation, and maintenance of client accounts. This role will ensure clients first interactions and impressions are positive.

Provide administrative support to brokers

Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, by telephone, or by e-mail

Maintain and update client records, including documents related to payments, claim status, and incoming documents

Perform other clerical duties


What You Bring to the Team:

Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency

6+ months customer service experience

6+ months office experience is an asset

Drive and motivation for personal growth

Interpersonal skills

Attention to detail
