The ideal Production Manager candidate has a minimum 1 year of experience working in a sign shop and the will to learn fast using some of the best tools and equipment in the industry. You will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life with precision and expertise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all phases of production, including signs, sandwich boards, decals, and other shop output. 
• Oversee bagging, cutting, and printing production processes to ensure efficient workflow and on-time order completion. 
• Manage daily operations of printers, cutters, laminators, and related production equipment, ensuring proper calibration, maintenance, and safe operation. 
• Ensure adherence to all safety procedures, including proper use of ladders, equipment, and compliance with overall shop safety standards...and more.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work with precision and have good attention to detail. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and a willingness to adapt 
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
