Job Description:

As a Laborer, you will support construction tasks such as demolition, excavation, material handling, and site cleanup. Receive training to build skills and gain exposure to the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with construction tasks and maintain a safe, clean environment.
  • Participate in training workshops and work placements.
  • Support skilled tradespeople and collaborate in team projects.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Age: 18+
  • Gender: Open to all women or those who identify as a woman
  • No experience is needed, but interest in construction is required
  • Ability to perform physical tasks
  • Commitment to safety and professionalism
