Operations Coordinators [part-time/on call]

Successful candidates will be trained on the job to play a crucial role in all phases of our patient transport missions, from the very first call for assistance, up to the safe return of our aeromedical crews to base.

The position is for 0.5 FTE and involves on-call shifts on a rotational basis.

We are looking for:

• Strong professional communicators, with English as a first language. Fluency in another language is a desirable skill.
• A calm, discrete and compassionate approach to unfamiliar challenges.
• A proven record of success working in travel assistance, claims administration, health care or social work.
• Self-starters with a “Can do” attitude” and critical thinking skills when multi-tasking and problem solving under time pressure.
• Commitment to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
