Online Sales & E-commerce Support - Leduc
Liv Hunter Home is a growing Canadian home décor business specializing in vintage-inspired prints, curated faux greenery, and timeless home styling pieces. We’re looking for an Online Sales & E-commerce Support team member to help us serve customers well behind the scenes through accurate order processing, product coordination, and excellent communication.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with online orders and digital systems.
What You’ll Do
Process online orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare orders for pickup and shipping
Communicate with customers regarding order questions, shipping updates, and product inquiries
Help maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, availability)
Monitor incoming online orders and ensure timely fulfillment
Coordinate with the retail/store team on inventory and order flow
Assist with packaging and quality checks
Help keep order records organized and up to date
Support online promotions, launches, and seasonal releases as needed, including social media
What We’re Looking For
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Reliable and able to manage tasks consistently
Comfortable with computers and learning online systems/platforms
Clear and professional written communication
Able to work independently and solve problems calmly
Strong follow-through (you finish what you start)
E-commerce, admin, or customer service experience is an asset
