Schedule: Part-time (Monday, Wednesday, Friday preferred)

Role Summary
Reliable Welding is seeking a detail-oriented part-time Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating project tracking systems, and supporting internal workflows across the office and shop.
This is not just a paperwork role; the ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with digital tools, and capable of bringing structure to day-to-day operations through accurate data entry, tracking, and reporting.

Core Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Data Entry Support
• Enter and maintain accurate records for ongoing projects
• Organize and manage digital and physical documentation
• Assist with general office administration and coordination
2. Project Tracking & Systems
• Update and maintain project workflows in Monday.com
• Ensure project statuses, notes, and timelines are consistently up to date
• Support visibility across jobs by maintaining clean, accurate tracking systems
3. Financial & Accounting Support
• Assist with data entry and basic functions in Sage
• Organize invoices, receipts, and job-related financial records
• Support internal tracking of project-related costs
4. Spreadsheet Management & Reporting
• Build and maintain spreadsheets for tracking jobs, materials, and internal metrics
• Use formulas and structured data to improve reporting accuracy
• Support the team with basic reporting and summaries when needed

Required Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with computers and digital tools
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, data organization)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
