We are looking for a Material Coordinator to efficiently manage the flow of materials and inventory within our organization. The Material Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all materials required for production, maintenance, or distribution are available when needed and are stored in optimal conditions. This role involves close collaboration with procurement, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to maintain accurate inventory records, track material usage, and forecast future material requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key duties include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating deliveries, managing stock locations, and resolving discrepancies between physical stock and inventory records. The Material Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, preparing regular inventory reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to material handling and storage. Effective communication with internal teams and external suppliers is essential to ensure timely and accurate material flow. The successful candidate should be comfortable using inventory management software and have a solid understanding of supply chain processes. Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Experience in inventory management or material coordination.
