Legal Assistant/Paralegal - Leduc


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and draft Wills, Powers of Attorney, Personal Directives and Estate Administration documents
  • Assist with probate and estate administration files
  • Maintain and organize client files, both electronically and physically
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional manner
  • Manage calendars, deadlines, and appointments
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, in Wills and Estates
  • Strong knowledge of estate planning and probate procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office
