Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft Wills, Powers of Attorney, Personal Directives and Estate Administration documents
- Assist with probate and estate administration files
- Maintain and organize client files, both electronically and physically
- Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional manner
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and appointments
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, in Wills and Estates
- Strong knowledge of estate planning and probate procedures
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office
