Description of duties 

In our team, you'll be a multi-talented labourer, bringing surfaces to life with meticulous prep work and mastering the art of painting tools and materials. You'll dance through tasks like tape application with precision and lead the cleanup with efficiency. As a supportive sidekick to our painters, you'll ensure they have all they need, while also being a wizard at keeping our equipment in tip-top shape. Embrace your role as a safety champion, making our workspace safe and joyful. Your positive energy will make every workday a vibrant, fun-filled adventure in teamwork and creativity!

      Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces meticulously for painting, ensuring a smooth foundation.

Expertly handle paints, brushes, and tools, serving as the go-to person for painting supplies.

Skillfully apply tape for precise and protected surfaces in each project.

Manage cleanup with efficiency, leaving the workspace spotless after a successful project.

Support our painting professionals by ensuring they have all necessary tools.

Maintain and care for painting equipment, ensuring it's always ready for optimal performance.

Prioritise safety, creating a secure and pleasant painting environment.

Foster a positive team atmosphere by bringing enthusiasm to each workday.

       Qualifications

No experience needed

Strong work ethic and the ability to be active listening and learning

Strong attention to detail, ability to pivot and prioritise

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Multi-tasking to manage a large workload

Ability to contribute to a high-functioning team as well as working independently

Industry experience an asset

Additional tickets an asset

Cabinetry refinishing experience an asset

Canadian citizenship is a requirement - must already live in Edmonton or surrounding areas
