We have an amazing group of techs and are looking for a journeyman tech that is a good fit for our team. 

Pay: CA$35.00 - CA$45.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

You will be trusted to own jobs end-to-end and uphold professional service standards.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems including:

• Electrical (12V & 120V)

• Plumbing & propane

• HVAC (A/C, furnaces)

• Appliances

• Slide-outs, leveling systems, and chassis components

• Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently

• Complete work orders, inspection reports, and documentation with precision

• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors on findings, timelines, and parts needs

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Work collectively with other Journeyman technicians

• Uphold Canadian Camper’s quality, safety, and customer experience standards

This role is not entry-level. We’re hiring a professional.

• Journeyman RV Technician certification (or equivalent recognized experience)

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capability

• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Solid electrical and mechanical aptitude

• Experience with warranty processes is a strong asset

• Professional attitude, accountability, and pride in workmanship

• Valid driver’s license
