Budget Blinds of Leduc & Camrose is seeking a reliable, professional Installer / Project Manager to join our team. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where you will install custom window coverings, program motorized products, and ensure each client receives an exceptional experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Arrive on time to customer appointments; communicate promptly if delayed
  • Install blinds and window coverings to Budget Blinds quality standards
  • Troubleshoot and repair blinds on-site when possible
  • Program motorized blinds and remote systems
  • Complete installation forms and required documentation
  • Take installation photos for internal records
  • Submit a daily end‑of‑day summary
  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional company van
  • Assist with receiving shipments and keeping office spaces tidy
  • Provide professional, respectful communication with every customer



What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
  • Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding
  • Detail‑oriented with strong documentation habits
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable
  • Clean driving record
  • Minimum 5 years of driving experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Physically able to lift, carry, and install window coverings

A Day in the Life



You begin your day reviewing your schedule, preparing your van, and heading out to customer homes across Leduc and Camrose. At each stop, you install custom blinds, program motorized systems, and ensure customers understand how their new products work. You complete required documentation, take photos, and leave the home clean and tidy. Throughout the day, you communicate with the office, maintain your vehicle, and finish by submitting your daily report and organizing your workspace for the next day.
