DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the Samson Cree Nation Administration and all Band buildings as required.
• Keep garbage container areas clean.
• Dispose of garbage to proper locations.
• Maintain all yards and sidewalks – seasonal work.
• Heavy Lifting.
• Maintain Band equipment ex: mowers & amp; tractors.
• Experience in carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Small Engines Repair & Service.
• Other duties as specified by the Manager and/or Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Building Service Worker certificate or related certificate.
• Experience in small engines.
• Able to lift furniture and cleaning equipment.
• Able to work on their feet for a complete shift while constantly bending, stretching, walking and lifting or moving things.
• Able to communicate effectively with others.
• Must have own vehicle.
• Successful applicant must submit insurance and registration.
• Must submit Drivers License with application.
