GENERAL OFFICE ASSISTANT RECEPTIONIST
Key Responsibilities
The Ideal Candidate for this position must possess a combination of the following knowledge, skills, and personal attributes:
- Daily entry of timesheet, balance and update as required.
- Processes a variety of reports, documents and materials.
- Maintain stationary stock and place supply orders as needed.
- Preparation of items for new employees.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Communicate with administrative and supervisory staff as required and in a timely manner.
- Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers, visitors and internal departments.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy confidentiality concerning all files.
- Willingness to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Cooperatively work and interact with members of the production department and other company employees.
Candidates must be willing and able to work 39 hours per week Group Averaging Arrangement.
- 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday
- 7:00am to 12:00pm (noon) Friday
