Full-time Supportive Living Manager - Leduc
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Supportive Living Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of both Planeview Place and Cloverleaf Manor lodges and the provision of quality programs and services to the residents consistent with Leduc Regional Housing Foundation (LRHF) policies. The Supportive Living Manager is the leader of the lodge staff team and ensures that high quality services are provided to all the residents.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Applicable post-secondary education.
2. Five (5) years supervisory/leadership experience.
3. Financial planning and budgeting skills.
4. Strong human resource and people leadership skills
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
6. Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
7. A sincere desire and ability to work with seniors.
8. All employees will be required to have a Pre-Employment Fit to Work Assessment, and a satisfactory Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check.
