We are looking for an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our dining and hospitality operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of Alberta’s premier entertainment destinations — where racing, gaming, dining, and events come together to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
At Century Mile, no two days are the same. From busy race days and casino evenings to special events and catering functions, you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience while leading a dynamic team in a fun and energetic atmosphere.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Food & Beverage Manager, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the Food & Beverage team
- Help develop exciting food and beverage programs, menus, and promotions
- Drive operational excellence while maximizing guest satisfaction and revenue
- Support hiring, coaching, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with AGLC regulations, employment standards, and safety policies
- Work collaboratively with other departments to create seamless guest experiences
- Assist with budgeting, inventory, vendor relationships, and cost control
- Help plan and execute catering functions, special events, and promotions
- Foster a positive and professional workplace culture built on teamwork and accountability
What You Bring

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Skilled at motivating teams and building positive relationships
- Experienced in managing multiple priorities under pressure
- Passionate about guest service and operational excellence
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of recent hospitality or food & beverage experience
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Gaming or casino experience is considered a strong asset
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication, organizational, and financial management skills
- ProServe certification required
- Ability to successfully complete a Criminal Record Check
