Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive

Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering recommendations based on menu knowledge and guest preferences

Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety protocols

Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods

Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and resolving any concerns with a positive attitude

Support banquet and catering events by setting up stations, serving meals, and ensuring smooth operation of all functions

Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, adhering to health and safety standards including proper food handling practices

Requirements

Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions

Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and food industry standards

Ability to serve confidently in various settings including restaurants, bars, and large events

Experience with food preparation or supporting kitchen operations is advantageous

Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is beneficial but not required

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management
