Position Overview:

The objective of the esthetician is to provide an exceptional esthetic experience to all guests, while

simultaneously building relationships with guests and teammates, alike.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Efficiently provide exceptional and genuine customer care and provide a memorable Frilly Lilly

experience

• Provide excellent esthetic services to the quality standards as outlined in the internal Frilly Lilly

training program for estheticians

• Responsible for keeping esthetic areas well organized and cleaned to current health and safety

protocols

• Assist in keeping the boutique and product displays well maintained and assist with the daily

operations of the boutique

• Clienteling: gather guest information and offer personalized boutique experiences to build

enduring, lifelong relationships

• Sales: thoughtfully suggest and educate our guests on all retail products and the ability to close

the sale to increase revenue

What We Are Looking For:

• Confidence to perform services to high esthetic standards, including waxing, facials, nail care,

and lash services.

• Able to maintain strong product knowledge as well as knowledge of Frilly Lilly esthetic

techniques.

• Overall excellent customer relations ability with the goal to build and maintain client

relationships.

• Elevated verbal skills and ability to communicate with clients professionally

• Fully certified in esthetics. Experience in the industry is an asset.
