Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative

Stitchery and More is a busy, hands‑on promotional shop where we help customers bring their branding ideas to life. We’re a small, supportive team, we move fast, and we appreciate people who communicate well, stay organized, and enjoy working directly with customers.

What You’ll Do

• Look after customer accounts and keep projects running smoothly

• Answer inquiries, prepare quotes, and process orders

• Recommend products, decoration methods, and branding options

• Work with production to make sure details, timelines, and artwork are accurate

• Help walk‑in customers and keep the showroom welcoming

• Solve problems, follow up, and build strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in promotional products, apparel decoration, or print production

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach

• Solid attention to detail — accuracy matters here

• Able to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment

• Comfortable using business software (SAGE)

• Reliable, organized, and team‑oriented
