Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day crane operations and field crews.
Coordinate with project managers, dispatch, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
Conduct on-site safety meetings, inspections, and enforce compliance with safety protocols.
Troubleshoot operational issues and provide hands-on technical support as needed.
Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
Train, mentor, and evaluate crane operators and rigging personnel.
Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of cranes, configurations, assembly/disassembly experience
Proven background in supervision, with a safety focused mindset
Journeyman Red Seal Mobile Crane & Rigging ticket
Class 1 Drivers license, with a clean abstract
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel to various job sites as required.
Leadership for Safety Excellence certification is an asset
