Coordinator, Partnerships & Initiatives Marketing - Edmonton

Reports to: Events & Marketing Manager


As the primary marketing coordinator for ACC’s partnerships, sponsorships, corporate memberships, 

research and initiatives, you connect work across teams and help turn commitments and opportunities 

into coordinated action. With your strong organization, attention to detail and collaborative approach, 

you coordinate and execute partner deliverables, communications and marketing activities from intake 

through delivery. Your work strengthens the partner experience, increases the visibility of ACC’s work 

and supports continued business development and growth.


Accountabilities

Partnerships, Sponsorships & Business Development

• Coordinate partnership, sponsorship and corporate membership deliverables, communications, 

assets and fulfillment 

• Support partner onboarding, servicing, relationship activities and reporting 

• Track commitments and opportunities, supporting lead generation and business development 

activities 


Marketing & Communications Coordination

• Coordinate the intake and preparation of marketing and communications across partnerships, 

research and organizational initiatives, ensuring work is aligned and execution-ready

• Create and prepare marketing assets, digital content and campaign materials for delivery across 

ACC channels

• Coordinate campaign materials and communications in alignment with ACC brand, messaging 

and priorities 

• Maintain marketing assets, campaign materials and communications schedules

Research, Initiatives & Organizational Priorities

• Coordinate marketing and communications for ACC research, initiatives, programs and projects

• Support the rollout and promotion of research, data, programs and organizational initiatives 

• Coordinate this work into ACC communications to strengthen visibility, reach and organizational 

impact 


Coordination, Events & Stakeholder Engagement

• Maintain centralized tracking of deliverables, timelines and reporting requirements across 

partnerships, research, initiatives and campaigns 

• Coordinate sponsorship fulfillment, recognition and stakeholder communications for ACC events

• Coordinate across teams and partners to keep work moving from intake through delivery

Qualifications, skills, and strengths:

• Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field, or 

an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum two years of related experience coordinating and executing marketing, 

communications or related initiatives.

• Strong written communication and copy-editing skills

• Experience with digital communications platforms, including social media, websites and email 

marketing

• Experience using collaborative and project management technologies

• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, 

timelines and deliverables

• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills

• Collaborative, adaptable and attentive to detail, with a commitment to timely delivery

• Previous experience working with chambers of commerce, associations or membership 

organizations is an asset


Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package

Position Type: Full-Time, temporary through March 31, 2028 (with potential for extension)

Position Start Date (targeted): September 14, 2026
