We are seeking a a dependable Construction Labourer to assist with site preparation, material handling, and general labor tasks to ensure smooth project execution. This role offers opportunities to develop skills in multiple areas of construction. Candidates should be reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn new techniques in the construction industry.   Wage:  $20-24 per hour dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various tasks such as framing, caulking, or painting
• Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe work environment for all team members
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations

Requirements

• Prior experience with construction sites or related fields is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Ability to operate hand tools and basic construction equipment safely
• Strong work ethic with physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team
• Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation is required
• Experience with towing and backup with with trailer safety 
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Commitment to safety standards and willingness to adhere to company policies
