Qualifications:

• Driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to stand, move and be on your feet for long periods
• Ability to stay alert and proactive
• Previous experience in similar services
• Excellent sense of judgement
• Receptive to reactive direction
• Calm and collected demeanour
• Organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Carry out general inspections to ensure that cleanliness standards are met
• Clean and maintain the common areas of assigned buildings to ensure they are presentable at all times
• Sweeping and mopping office area
• Vacuum all carpets
• Cleaning offices, bathrooms, and kitchen
• General requests of tasks around the building
• Removing garbage
• Other related tasks as assigned

Prefer preference given to applicants with:

• A minimum of two years related experience
• Related custodial training
