Chamber Platform Support Specialist (Part-Time Contract) - Edmonton

Reports To: Manager, Member Services & Administration


As the primary point of contact for chambers using the Chamber Platform as their website, for 

member management, and event management, you will provide onboarding, training, website 

support, and ongoing customer success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with 

technology, supporting users, creating training materials, and helping organizations succeed.


Accountabilities

Chamber Onboarding & Support

• Support onboarding and implementation of new chamber clients 

• Deliver virtual training sessions and user support 

• Assist chambers with website administration and content updates 

• Respond to user questions and troubleshoot platform-related issues 


Training & Knowledge Resources

• Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, training materials and knowledge resources 

• Coordinate and escalate technical issues when required 


Platform Adoption & Customer Experience

• Monitor platform adoption and identify opportunities to improve user engagement and 

retention 

• Gather user feedback and recommend enhancements to improve the overall customer 

experience 

• Assist with platform optimization, integrations and data alignment initiatives

Qualifications, skills, and strengths: 

• Experience in customer support, customer success, software support, or a related role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience delivering training, presentations, or onboarding sessions.

• Ability to create clear and effective documentation and instructional materials.

• Experience with website administration or content management systems.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

• Comfortable learning and supporting technology platforms.

• Customer-focused and solutions-oriented.

• Organized, proactive, and self-motivated.

• Skilled at explaining technical concepts in a simple and approachable way.

• Passionate about helping chambers and their members succeed.


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM, membership management, or event management software.

• Familiarity with chambers of commerce, associations, or member-based organizations.

• Experience with website design tools, Canva, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of customer success or user adoption best practices.

Compensation: Competitive Salary

Position Type: Part-Time Contract Remote (10 hours per week)

Position Start Date (targeted): September 14, 2026
