Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items following established recipes and presentation standards
• Serve guests with professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Handle food safely and hygienically, adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines
• Assist in food plating, garnishing, and presentation to enhance visual appeal
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing work surfaces
• Support team members during busy service periods by efficiently managing meal preparation and service tasks
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests

Experience

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety standards, and meal preparation techniques
• Familiarity with cooking methods, food presentation, and basic kitchen equipment operation
• Experience working in the food industry or restaurant setting is highly desirable
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
