AV8 Solutions has specialized for 20+ years exclusively in commercial and residential condominium corporation management. We are a small company focusing on smaller and rural condo communities/properties in central & northern Alberta.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a conscientious individual who is pursuing a challenging, career-building, small office work environment to join our condominium management team! You will support all aspects of the operations and management requirements for a portfolio of Condominiums corporations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling a wide variety of administrative tasks, and supporting our Broker and other Team members.
We offer mentorship and education, opportunity to advance, flexible work hours, and a fun and collaborative work environment. Working hours are generally Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, but notably flexible and involving some work in the evening and weekends.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Managing the corporate communications and responses to client and vendor queries
- Preparing forms, documents, notices and correspondence for distribution
- Manage client records, contracts and records archives.
Coordinating Team and client meeting schedules
- Coordinating and scheduling vendors for maintenance activities
- Attending client and vendor meetings
- Researching and ordering office supplies and client materials.
- Assisting in accounting data input.
- Property inspections
- Property Inspections (occasional travel in central Alberta)
- Other duties as required
Skills/Qualities/Requirements:
Experience in the condominium or property management an asset
Administrative/Business diploma/formal training an asset
- Experience working in a collaborative office environment.
- Extensive skills working with Microsoft Office applications.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in preparing business communications.
- Patient and professional, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Extremely well organized and able to manage your own calendar and work-flow, as well as those of others.
- Strong research skills
- Comfortable to work independently on assignments and projects
- Critical thinking skills are required to solve problems and deal with property emergencies as they arise
- Clean drivers abstract and a reliable car.
- Able to obtain a clear Criminal Records Check
- Ability to commute/relocate to Wetaskiwin
Satisfactory completion of background and education verification checks will be required prior to commencing employment.
