A Conversation On...Business and strategic planning – why do it? how do we do it? 

We will introduce the various sections of a business plan -what to include hints, tips, red flags, provide templates and free resources to help you build a robust roadmap business plan that you can follow. A business plan is a living document that is vital to keep you on track with your business goals.
