Kick off the 2026 season with a full day of fun at the Canadian Energy Museum – Home of Leduc No. 1 on Saturday, May 2, 2026! Join us at 50339 Highway 60 South for a community-packed celebration that brings together history, horsepower, food, and live entertainment. From 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., enjoy a Car Show featuring classic vehicles, alongside a silent auction and 50/50 raffle throughout the day. Start your morning with a pancake breakfast from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., then stick around for hot dogs served from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., plus local vendors and food trucks offering a variety of great eats. Don’t miss the Remote Control Demo running from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and gather at 2:00 p.m. for a special Indigenous Dance performance, celebrating culture, movement, and community. Cap off your visit by relaxing in the Beer Garden while soaking in the atmosphere. 

This family-friendly event is the perfect way to welcome spring, celebrate local talent, and mark the opening of another exciting museum season. Whether you’re here for the cars, the culture, or the pancakes—there’s something for everyone.
