Job Overview

Duties
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and kitchen management.
• Ensure 
high standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures.
• Train and develop staff on food handling procedures, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.

Skills
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of team management.
• Experience in kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food safety standards.
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures and financial management.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality and service.
