We're on the lookout for a dynamic part-time apprentice who thrives in both back and front of house roles.
Ideal candidates will:
- Possess a genuine passion for the arts and florals. While experience in the floral industry is advantageous, it's not a prerequisite as we're committed to training the right individual.
- Enjoy engaging with the public, with a knack for sales and stellar customer service skills
- Bring boundless energy and enthusiasm to the table, coupled with a strong work ethic.
- Have proficiency in technical tools such as POS systems, Google Workspace, Canva, and social media platforms. Familiarity with Squarespace is a bonus.
- Be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Demonstrate flexibility in their schedule, as shifts will vary weekly and increase during peak floral seasons such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Wedding Season, and Christmas. Availability to work Saturdays is a must.
