Qualifications:

- Previous experience in painting and/or finishing cabinetry preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals willing to learn

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering superior results

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

- Has your own basic tools

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Apply paint and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on all painted surfaces
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter or similar role
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for colour
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
