Office Administrator - Nisku
Full time office administrator required.
Must be proficient in using software Sage Accounting and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiples tasks under pressure.
Experience in the Road Construction Industry would be an asset.
Responsibilities will be, but not limited to, the following:
Full cycle bookkeeping, biweekly payroll processing, tracking and reporting.
Submission of CRA payroll remittances.
Management of accounts payables and receivables, including payment processing, and bank deposits.
Bank accounts and credit card monitoring.
Preparation of monthly/yearly financial reports.
Preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly GST reports and remittances.
Preparation of annual financial files and reports for year end external Accountant processing.
Answering the telephone and relay calls and messages.
Prepare business correspondence, emails, corporate letters and memos.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Hourly Rate - $25.00 - $30.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
