You’re a painting pro! 5+ years of experience in residential, commercial, or cabinetry painting

You’re a natural leader! You’ve managed crews before and know how to get the best out of your team

You take pride in your work! Quality and attention to detail matter to you

You’re organized & efficient! Juggling multiple projects? No problem.

You communicate like a boss! Whether it’s with clients, teammates, or management, you know how to keep everyone in the loop.

You’re a problem-solver! When challenges pop up, you don’t sweat it—you handle it

You know your tools! Brushing, rolling, spraying—you can do it all

You’ve got the extras! Drywall repair, cabinet refinishing, and spray-painting experience? Even better!

You’re reliable! A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are a must
