Customer Service is the key to success of this position and should always be in the forefront in keeping with the company core valueof “People First”.   

 

To be successful in the position scheduling and data entry skills are required including a highly organized individual with purchasing and office management aptitude.  High level of verbal, and written communication is required including conflict resolution to ensure the team and clients have all the required information needed to perform their jobs.  

 

The ability to successfully follow company protocols, maintain accurate documentationfollow up and close gaps when needed.  Understanding of the Technical Skill Levels of all Team members for effective Scheduling. 


General Duties include;

  • Answering incoming customer calls
  • Scheduling incoming help tickets
  • Daily review of tickets
  • Inventory control
  • Purchasing and Shipping
