We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.

*Responsibilities*

- Fabricate, construct, install, and repair equipment and structures

- Perform facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, and painting

- Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems

- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues

- Supervise contractors during maintenance projects

-Over all Hotel works, weeding and others

- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work orders and inventory control

*Requirements*

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment

- Proficiency in electrical systems maintenance

- Welding is a plus

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals

- Prior experience in facilities maintenance is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
