- Diploma in Hotel Management considered an asset
- Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent and/or Night Auditor (minimum 2 years)
- Familiar with using Jonas Chorum considered an asset
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Effective communicator in English both written and verbal
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent problem solving skills, time management skills
- Full-Time, Permanent, hourly
- Shifts rotate and including weekends and holidays
