Full Job Description

The Four Points by Sheraton, Edmonton International Airport is looking for a qualified Guest Service Agent to join the team.

- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Must possess excellent computer skills with the ability to use multiples software and PMS systems.

- Must possess excellent customer service skills with the ability to create memorable and personal connections with internal and external guests.

- Must possess excellent time management with the ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Must be detail oriented

- Be a team player and be able to work independently with little to no supervision when needed

- Must demonstrate Marriott Brand Standards at all times and comply with on site standards and polices

- Must be able to effectively greet our guests, check guests into their guest rooms, settle guest invoices upon departure, effectively handle billing questions, make reservations, direct calls, and problem solve.

  • Hours range from 30-40hr/ week based on hotel business volume.
  • Wage: $15.00-$16.00/ hour.

Requirements:

- Must have no scheduling restrictions.

- Work AMs and PMs including weekend shifts and holidays

- Ability to work Overtime when needed
