Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to engage with customers and ensure a positive experience.
• Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, ensuring their questions are answered thoroughly.
• Upsell products or services when appropriate to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist in resolving complaints and providing feedback to improve service processes.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and enhance overall service quality.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse customers.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Familiarity with data entry systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software is beneficial.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
