LCLA (Leduc Community Living Association)  is seeking a Community Support Worker (job Coach) to join our team. The position is 35.5 hours per week. Monday – Thursday -8:30-4:00 and Fridays 8:30-2:00.

Duties include:

· Providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities and assisting in their developmental growth and success in their employment.

· Developing and participating in community activities and opportunities to enhance inclusion and acceptance.

· Ensuring a safe environment for everyone.

· Assisting with maintaining and building effective relationships.

Experience in providing care and support to individuals in the community is preferred; however, all applicants are welcome.

Possessing a valid Driver's license, with a clean abstract, and a personal vehicle with valid insurance and 2 million liability is required.

Possess current First Aid/CPR or willing to obtain it.

LCLA requires all new employees to provide a criminal record check before the start of their employment.
