WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re on the hunt for a fun, creative, and passionate Mid-shift Bartender to join our B&F team! If you’ve got a passion for craft cocktails, good vibes, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences, this could be your perfect gig. This is a permanent full-time position, offering $15.50 an hour plus tips, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week.

As a Bartender at HALO, you’ll be mixing up more than just drinks—you’ll be curating the best guest experience. You’ll help ensure that every guest leaves with a memorable experience, serving up great drinks, good vibes, and exceptional service!

Start your shift like a pro! As the day bartender, you’ll check liquor inventory against the previous night’s requisitions. If there are any discrepancies, you’ll be the first to alert the beverage manager. Night bartenders? You'll be the superstar who keeps the bar stocked and ready to roll by requisitioning liquor according to par sheets.

Stay on point! Never leave the bar area unless you’ve got backup from a manager, supervisor, or another bartender to keep the flow going smoothly.

Teamwork is key! Assist night bar attendant with mopping floors and general sanitation to include; speed rails, counters, melting ice in bins and wiping all stainless.

Have all the essentials on hand: Renaissance-standard recipes, operating procedures, sanitation checklists, and any other paperwork that keeps things running smoothly.
Guard the bar! Night bartenders will be responsible for bar security and loss prevention during their shifts, ensuring everything stays safe and accounted for.

Get prepped for service! You’ll be responsible for setting up the bar, unlocking liquor, icing, arranging glassware, juices, and garnishes, so everything is ready for a smooth service.

Keep it flowing. Take drink orders from servers efficiently and in the proper order to ensure the service bar is running at full speed for our guests.

Double-check and serve! Always red-line drink orders to confirm the correct number of drinks and pricing. No drinks are made without a pre-rung guest check—accuracy is key!

Follow the playbook! Stick to Renaissance-standard recipes and use a jigger every time to make perfect cocktails.

Deliver hospitality like a pro! Serve guests promptly and with a smile, whether you’re at the front bar or service bar, ensuring they enjoy top-notch food and beverages with style.
Take pride in every detail. From drink presentation to maintaining cleanliness, display professionalism, and take ownership of your space and service quality.
