Hours of work for this casual full time position will be 4.5 hours per day, 5 days per week, working a maximum of 22.5 hours per week.

What You Will Do:
In this part-time (22.5 hours per week) unionized position of Administrator, Business Process & Support, you will play an essential role within our Customer Relations work group. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting daily cycle billing activities by:
- Analyzing and providing detailed explanations and instructions on complex issues;
- Investigating potential system and business process issues and coordinating resolution;
- Assessing, testing, drafting, updating, and assisting with the implementation of processes by:
- Analyzing business processes for compliance with regulatory and Company requirements;
- Drafting and maintaining required documentation and procedural standards;
- Analyzing and assisting with the implementation of corporate and regulatory projects an initiatives by:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and resolve project risks;
- Monitoring project results and impacts, drafting procedural documentation and recommending learning requirements;
- Complying with internal and external rules and directives by:
- Verifying all required external and internal reporting statistics;
- Performing analysis on results and initiating continuous improvement plans.
What You Will Bring:
Required qualifications:
- Business diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution or equivalent;
- Minimum of four (4) years relevant utility and billing experience including experience with Alberta’s retail market and billing related business processes;
- Advanced proficiency with Customer Information Systems (e.g. Vertex One);
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite products and Windows operating systems; and
- Intermediate knowledge of variety of software programs including but not limited to work management software (e.g. Maximo), Geo Mapping Software (e.g. ESRI) and Field Collection System.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to lead and contribute within a collaborative environment;
- Ability to work independently;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure environment; and
- Knowledge of Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) Rules.
